The delivery date has already passed but my order hasn't arrived: what should I do?

If the delivery date has passed but you didn't receive your package check the shipping address, track your order and if the courier has left a delivery notice for you, pick up your package at the Ups deposit.

What happens if I'm not home at the time of delivery?

Don't worry: if you're not home at the time of delivery, the courier will leave you a delivery notice with some useful information to track the package that will be stored in a safe place: in the Access Point at the nearest UPS deposit. You have 10 days time to pick it up.
